UNC’s 4th Annual Pine Brook Family Arts Festival

United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNC), in partnership with John Adams Elementary School, will host the 4th Annual Pine Brook Family Arts Festival on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from Noon to 4:00 PM on the school’s playground.

UNC’s Pine Brook Family Arts Festival is part of our ongoing Pine Brook Revitalization Plan. The event is made possible through funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s Neighborhood Partnership Program, with multi-year support from Cottera and Peoples Security Bank.

This year’s event will feature free pizza for children from Antonio’s Pizza and free ice cream for children from Scoopz Ice Cream, available while supplies last.

Families can look forward to a wide variety of educational, musical, and creative activities, provided by community partners such as Be SMART, University of Scranton, My CIL: Center for Independent Living, WRC: We Respect and Care, Climate Reality NEPA, Kel’s Kraftiness LLC, DJ DINO, Damian the Magician, and many more. El Buen Amigo will be on site, offering authentic Mexican food available for purchase.

Themed activities will focus on bumblebees, the five senses, weather, and more. Crafts and hands-on fun will include rock painting, yarn crafts, magnet making, temporary tattoos, and much more!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of art, learning, and community fun!
